Scam.SG is not a government agency. We are not affiliated with ACRA, MAS, SPF, IMDA, or any Singapore regulatory or enforcement body. Our TrustScore is a data-aggregation metric — not a regulatory determination, legal judgment, or recommendation to transact or avoid transacting with any entity.
Scam.SG is an appointed agency of Data Bureau (Singapore), Singapore's first independent Certifcation Body. Certificates of Verified Business Entity are issued by Data Bureau (Singapore) independently of Scam.SG's scoring and profile system. Other certifying bodies operate independently under their own frameworks and standards.
Scam.SG operates the Seller Feedback Centre — a community-driven intelligence platform for e-commerce sellers across Singapore and beyond. Sellers on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and 10+ other platforms can anonymously share buyer behaviour reports, track dispute patterns, and contribute to cross-seller intelligence.
