| 2 | Director or authorised officer of the company |
| 3 | Majority shareholder with authority to act for the entity |

scam.sg- Who can do this
- Corppass Administrator (or Sub-Admin with the relevant rights)
Step 1 — Add the e-Service to your entity
Log in to corppass.gov.sg with Singpass, select the entity you want to claim for, then follow the three-step Select Entity's e-Services wizard.
- 1Go to e-Service Access → Select Entity's e-Services.
- 2Type scam.sg into the search box above the table and search.
- 3Tick the checkbox beside Scam.SG Business (Govt. Agency column shows ONSCAM (SG) PTE. LTD.), then click Next.
- 4Complete Enter Details if the e-Service requests any. e-Services needing setup details are marked with a document icon.
- 5Confirm at Review & Submit.
Step 2 — Assign the e-Service to a user
Adding the e-Service only makes it available to the entity. Nobody can use it until it is assigned to a specific Corppass user account.
- 1Go to e-Service Access → Assign Selected e-Services.
- 2Select the user account or accounts that will submit the Scam.SG claim.
- 3Select Scam.SG Business from the entity's available e-Services.
- 4Submit the assignment. Those users can now start the Myinfo Business claim on Scam.SG.
Common issues
| What you see | What it usually means |
|---|---|
| Singpass says you have no access to this e-Service | The Scam.SG Business e-Service has not been assigned to your user account. Ask your Corppass Administrator to complete Step 2. |
| Searching “scam.sg” returns no results | You may be on “Assign Selected e-Services” instead of “Select Entity’s e-Services”. The e-Service must be added to the entity first. |
| The e-Service is assigned but still not showing | Log out of Singpass and log back in so the new access is picked up in a fresh session. |
| You do not know who your Corppass Administrator is | It is usually whoever registered the entity on Corppass — often a director, the company secretary, or the person who handles CPF, IRAS or GST filings. Corppass support can help identify or replace an administrator. |
Stage 2 · Step 3
Verify with Singpass Myinfo Business
The recommended claim path securely retrieves relevant information from government sources.
Myinfo Business works with Corppass, Singapore's corporate authorisation system. Singpass authenticates you as an individual, while Corppass confirms that you are authorised to act for the selected entity. After you consent, Scam.SG retrieves the relevant corporate and applicant details needed for the claim.

Why use Myinfo Business:
- Complete and submit an eligible claim in under two minutes
- Reduce repetitive typing and common data-entry errors
- Retrieve relevant business details from trusted government sources
- Establish a clearer link between the applicant and authorised entity
Stage 2 · Alternative
Continue Without Myinfo Business
A manual claim option remains available if you cannot use Myinfo Business.
Manually entered information is not retrieved directly from government sources, so Scam.SG may require additional evidence and checks. The manual journey generally takes longer to complete and review.
| S/N | Document | Status |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | ACRA Document Business registration document upload — used to match the claimed profile to the registered entity in ACRA records. | Manual route |

| 3 | Identity Verification Identity evidence may be requested when Myinfo Business is unavailable or the applicant chooses the manual claim journey. | If requested |
