Singapore, April 2026 — Scam.SG has launched the Seller Feedback Centre (scam.sg/seller-feedback-centre), a free, anonymous community intelligence platform for e-commerce sellers operating across Singapore's major online marketplaces.
The Seller Feedback Centre enables sellers on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Carousell, Facebook Marketplace, and 10+ other platforms to report buyer behaviour patterns — including non-delivery claims, return fraud, payment disputes, and repeat cancellations — anonymously and without login.
Submissions are cross-referenced with existing reports to build buyer behaviour profiles across platforms. The tool is designed explicitly for sellers: unlike consumer-facing scam reporting tools, the Seller Feedback Centre addresses fraud and problem behaviour directed at businesses, not by them.
